    The Logistics Coordinator provides support in managing and executing transportation operations in our network. The Coordinator is responsible for providing the Logistics Operations team with relevant data and analyses throughout the supply chain.


    Logistics Planning, Analysis and Reporting

    • Daily/Weekly/monthly scorecards for on–time delivery performance, order tracking, service levels, etc.
    • Support Supply Chain strategic initiatives with performance analyses: e.g., In-transit inventory, actual network transit performance
    • Support data pull and analysis to respond to ad hoc inquiries
    • Publish milestone reporting for store floorsets and new store openings

    Logistics Operations

    • Support in-transit management of Inbound and outbound shipments from origin to destination  through booking to delivery.  Keep systems updated with tracking information.
    • Ensure daily exception shipments are proactively managed by logistics service providers and Lucky Brand operations to meet service level agreements
    • Respond to Customer Service inquiries  from corporate, stores, Distribution Center, and vendors.
    • Maintain routing tables
    • Work with transportation providers for special deliveries for store floorsets and new store openings, and other projects
    • Coordinate transportation from Distribution Center to locations as necessary


    • Bachelor's Degree, 1-2 years Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics, Distribution Center Operations experience preferred
    • Analytic Skills: Ability to think objectively and interpret meaningful themes from quantitative and qualitative data
    • Systems and Tools Acumen: Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, and have aptitude to learn technical applications quickly
    • Collaboration: Able to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of partners
    • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
    • Demonstrate strong listening, written and oral communication skills
