    The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for supporting systems and assets within the corporate office, datacenter and retail stores. In addition, the Infrastructure Engineer will work on improving the environment of the infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Systems Administration, implementation and troubleshooting.


    Shows ability to support other team members in at least 2 of the following:
    • Systems (OS, Active Directory)
    • Storage (Virtualization, SAN, Archive, Backup)
    • Network (Networks, Retail MPLS, VOIP Telecom)
    • Manage MS O365
    As well as assist other teams with:
    • Service Desk
    • Desktop Support
    • Application support

    • Supports strategic planning efforts related to Network/Systems administration, PCI and ISO compliance and best practice implementations
    • Follows documentation and standards for infrastructure projects
    • Supports aspects of a datacenter, which include servers, infrastructure, SAN Storage, VMWare, and networking – CISCO/FORTINET
    • General understanding of core IT infrastructure, best practices, and implementation strategies (security, GPO, high-availability) and understands aspects of datacenter technologies and how they integrate with each other.
    • Coordinate with IT & Infrastructure teams for all cross-functional actions/issues.
    • Follows repeatable processes across tech platform.
    • Will serve to support Service Desk and Desktop Support teams when needed.
    • Experience with Windows server 2008+
    • Perform Systems Management, Patch Management, Software Distribution, Remote Access and Security functions and contribute to the ongoing improvement of these systems and processes.
    • Identifies and troubleshoots systems and network problems and escalate when necessary.
    • Problem solving skills with superior communication skills.
    • Understanding of network hardware and software
    • Executes tasks associated with the role with minimal assistance.
    • Windows Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services and/or Citrix expertise and VOIP administration
    • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 integration, migration, administration
    • Scripting language familiarity, Powershell, perl, etc.


    Minimum educational level:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology a four-year college or university or equivalent work experience or Computer Science Certification
    Minimum experience:
    • Windows Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint Administration 
    • Remote Desktop Services and/or Citrix expertise and VOIP administration
    • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 integration, migration, administration.
    • 1-2 years of experience with VMware.
    • 3-5 years of experience with network hardware and architecture.
    • 3-5 years of experience with Client/Server architectures.
    • 1-2 years of experience with SAN functions/ architecture.
    • 1-2 years of experience with back-up hardware/ software and architecture.
    • Scripting language familiarity, PowerShell, Perl, etc.…
