The RVMM – Outlet will build solid cross functional partnerships to ensure visual merchandising supports the business strategy. Visit Lucky stores throughout all stages of the floor set process; determine how guideline was interpreted in store and how to make improvements to communication and execution to further enhance business strategy.



  • Lead new store openings, including merchandise layout planning, opening process, visual merchandising execution and photo recap.
  • Facilitate management VM training (including product standards, floor set planning, styling technique and execution of installations) to adapt corporate visual merchandise guidelines to specific store assortments and layouts.
  • Creatively interpret and execute company visual merchandising direction to elevate store presentation and results
  • Partners with RM and DM’s to ensure brand presentation consistency across all doors
  • Represent field business priorities and realities at Corporate floor sets 2-3 times per quarter
  • Supports key visit prep


  • Generate flow of communication from corporate office to stores through weekly calls and regular visits in order to ensure consistency of presentation and   marketing that supports visual direction in all store types.
  • Host remote conference calls with region and/or districts on floor set installation details
  • Facilitate open communication with DM’s and SM’s on all pertinent information that relates to current direction and/or opportunities to drive business within   their market/store. Roll feedback to corporate office partners.


  • Hands-on, focused training with DM and SM’s on visual standards, product flow, and individual store mapping and map review to insure consistency of brand experience.
  • Leads compliance and education in regards to floor set, window and signage   standards, fixture and product placement through consistent store visits and   follow-up strategies
  • Partner with DM’s and SM’s on the development of store specific presentations and flexing merchandise concepts. Example: Small space store: editing   presentations to drive key categories vs. managing entire assortment.


  • Partner with RVP, DM, and SM’s to identify business opportunities and create action plan to drive results through visual presentation (i.e. hot stores, tourist  locations, etc.)
  • Labor allocation and follow up
  • Partner with RVP & DM’s to facilitate and prepare for consistency in store   openings and refreshes, including mapping and training.
  • Partner with RVP, DM, and SM’s to manage field prop, fixture and mannequin needs.
  • Support the stores with execution of VM direction, including: Mapping stores for floor sets, participating in floor sets, visiting stores with DM's and RVP   and participating in store walkthroughs
  • Act as liaison between field and corporate VM department


  • 5+ years in visual merchandising AND 2+ years in specialty retail store   management; Previous experience at District/Area level
  • College degree preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently in stores. Flexing schedule based on business needs.
  • Effective communication skills (oral and written), organizational, and coaching skills
  • Frequent travel (minimum of 80%)
  • Ability to clearly show store merchandising & display through photographs
