The Regional Human Resources Manager (RHRM) works with Home Office HR and Field Leaders (e.g., Regional Managers, District Managers, Store Managers) to drive HR and operational deliverables. The RHRM advises leaders on talent, organizational succession planning, associate relations, and performance management related decisions. The RHRM, in partnership with Home Office HR and cross-functional business partners, assists in creating and driving processes that align with the business and drive bottom line results. Location can be based in any of the following: NY, Boston, DC, Atlanta and Florida.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development or related field
5-7 years of progressive HR experience with a min. of 2 years in Human Resources Management role
Knowledge of HR practices including associate relations, talent management, performance management, and learning & development. Canada experience is a plus.
Experience in multi-state, multi-site operation with customer service emphasis; retail experience a plus
Experience in using and educating business partners in HR practices. Presentation and training experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT. Proficient in iCIMS or other ATS, Workday and Kronos.
Ability to work independently
Ability to travel in assigned areas up to 50% of the time and to and from the Corporate Office with little notice
Able to adapt to a fast pace ever changing environment
