    Visual Guideline Production Artist will oversee the production of the Visual Merchandising guideline used in our Specialty and Outlet stores. They will ensure that the content of the document is clear and concise and that it aligns with our seasonal business strategies. Visual merchandising will be another aspect of this role and will aid in the understanding of information needed to be included within each VM guideline. Store visits will also be required to help understand the end use of the document.



    Visual Merchandising Guideline Production

    • Partner with Sr Visual Merchandising Manager to determine document content; ensure document is effective and in line with current business strategies.
    • Manage graphic layout of VM guideline; ensure document is effective and in line with current business strategies.
    • Responsible for photographing all merchandising and visual display components of each floor set; images to be altered in Photoshop as needed.
    • Work collaboratively with cross functional partners to ensure business strategies and objectives are clearly communicated within the VM guideline.
    • Participate in monthly VM guideline review calls with the Field and Corporate VM teams to ensure that the document is ready for final posting.
    • Manage the publication of monthly Visual Merchandising guidelines for Specialty and Outlet stores.
    • Post documents to internal brand communication website on time.
    • Organize and maintain digital library of all VM guidelines post production.
    • Meet all production deadlines


    • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Visual Communications, Graphic Design)
    • Minimum 2-3 years Graphic Design, Production Artist experience
    • Proficiency in Creative & Microsoft programs- Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
    • Displays original thinking and creativity; develops innovative approaches and ideas to impact business
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to continually evolve the quality and content of the VM guidelines
    • Ability to prioritize and plan time efficiently, ability to multi-task while continuing to be self-motivated and results oriented
    • Strong communication and organizational skills


    Physical Capabilities:

    ·         Visual acuity

    ·         Sit for extended periods of time in one position

    ·         Ability to stand and maintain mobility for long periods of time

    ·         Possess normal manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
