Responsibilities

The Manager of IT Security and Compliance protects our various applications, customers’ and other sensitive data for the broad Lucky Brand organization. This role ensures that our company remains in compliance with all industry, federal, and company policies and mandates as they pertain to information technology and works closely with cross functional partners to maintain a safe and compliant IT environment to protect all of our key electronic data and technologies.

  • Develop and maintain enterprise wide security strategy for the Lucky Brand organization in collaboration with our executive IT team.
  • Provide technical and design recommendations for the implementation of firewalls and other security devices to provide maximum network efficiency and security specifically within a cloud based environment.
  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices that adhere to industry wide standards.
  • Research, evaluate, recommend, and plan implementation of software or hardware devices that will yield a stronger company security posture.
  • Oversee patch management procedures to include routine security patches, Malware, and Antivirus solutions.
  • Oversee and maintain wireless security technology for all corporate, store and remote locations.
  • Create and maintain the enterprise’s security documents (policies, standards, baselines, guidelines and procedures) to be approved by executive management
  • Conduct internal penetration and information security audits.
  • Management of corporate VPN access for all users needing access.
  • Auditing of server event logs, firewall access logs, wireless access logs and firewall rules, to identify possible security or performance problems
  • Lead security awareness training for the organization for new employees and temporary personnel.
  • Design and execute vulnerability assessments, penetration tests and security audits of global networks including network devices, servers and desktops to maintain compliance requirements.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology or   related field or 10+ years relative experience in an IT security role.
  • 5+ years in the specific discipline of IT security
  • Prior experience leading PCI and/or SOX Audit preparation and remediation efforts.
  • Retail/Fashion Apparel preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience managing PCI and SOX auditor relationships
  • Experience leading security and audit activities in a cloud-based application environment   is Mandatory.
  • Experience with policy formation, audit methodologies, authentication technologies and   security attack pathologies
  • Experience with various authentication protocols
  • Experience with business continuity planning, disaster recovery planning and testing a   plus
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Drive tasks to completion, including work with 3rd party software vendors and   customers
  • Demonstrated high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills, creative problem solving and sound technical judgment
  • Ability to adjust priorities and work in a continuously changing environment
  • Ability to self-start and self-motivate
  • Demonstrated ability to listen well and translate the needs of customers into system   solutions.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with a variety of people who have   different skill levels of technical competence.
  • Must have excellent technical and non-technical writing skills.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service approach in all situations
